When designing public spaces, we implement the same philosophies as to the primacy of our client's vision, and the goal of reconciling and synthesizing aesthetic and functional considerations. Similar to multi-family, design solutions must accommodate a private and/or public investor while satisfying the diversity of public aesthetic and functional preferences. Never an easy task for an architect, but one suited to a firm that effectively collaborates to advance the client's vision.
